MOST OF THE PRINTS HAVE A CANVAS LOOK, WHAT IS A CANVAS LOOK?
Prints that have a canvas look have a protective textured finish applied to them, giving them the look and feel of canvas. They are non-glare, moisture resistant and protected against 99% of the UV rays that can fade a print. It keeps the colors and details of a print vibrant. There is no need for glass! They are easy to clean, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth as needed.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping in the Continental U.S. is a flat rate of $14.95 per order. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or any U.S. territory.
WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
If your total order is $200 or more, you will be required to sign for your order upon delivery.
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
All orders are shipped UPS or the United States Postal Service. We will use the best way for your destination. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
WHAT ARE YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days. Please allow 7-14 days to receive your order via standard UPS Ground, Spee-Dee Delivery Service or USPS.
CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED TO A P.O. BOX?
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.
HOW DO I SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Upon checkout you will be given the option of shipping to a different address.

WILL I PAY SALES TAX?
Only if shipped in Minnesota
WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ONLINE?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order provided it has not been shipped. All cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
In the event an item is out of stock, you will be contacted by phone or email with an anticipated ship date and given the option to wait for shipment or cancel the order. Failure by you to respond via phone or email will be deemed as an acceptance of anticipated ship date, and the item will be shipped when available.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt and receive either a store credit or a refund (less a 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs). To return an item, please pack it securely in the original box and contact us at 320-532-4558 to process your request. Merchandise returned without a return authorization will be refused and no credit given. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., return shipping costs are your responsibility. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you.
